An Intimate Elopement on Oahu's East Coast


Makapuʻu is one of the most beautiful places on Oahu for an intimate elopement. With dramatic cliffs, sweeping Pacific Ocean views, and the natural beauty of Hawaii all around you, it creates an unforgettable setting for wedding photography.

This beautiful elopement brought us to both Makapuʻu Lookout and Makapuʻu Beach, giving us two completely different landscapes to document the couple's day.

Romantic Portraits at Makapuʻu Lookout


At the lookout, we focused on capturing the couple naturally against the incredible Oahu coastline. The combination of ocean views, cliffs, and beautiful Hawaiian light created the perfect setting for romantic and adventurous Oahu elopement photography.

We love giving couples space to simply enjoy each other while we capture the genuine connection and little moments happening naturally.

From the Cliffs to Makapuʻu Beach


After the ceremony, officiated by Hoku Pacific Officiants, we continued to Makapuʻu Beach for more intimate portraits. The lava rocks, mountains, ocean, and tropical surroundings created a completely different atmosphere while still feeling authentically Hawaii.

Having multiple locations during an elopement allows us to create a diverse gallery while keeping the experience relaxed and fun.
